Below there is a picture of a man and a circular patch. This picture represents Mrs. Scott's and Mr. Prater's favorite singers, and it is the logo for the fourth grade's most unstoppable team.
The question is: Who is the man in the picture, and what other famous singer wore that patch on his karate uniform?
Thanks for all you do. Have
a wonderful week!!!
The famous singer is James Brown.
ReplyDeleteThe famous singer for tcb is Elvis Presley.
Eden Reeves
DeleteYes! Bonus: What does TCB stand for?

That is Elvis' patch, but that is NOT James Brown, who is Mr. Scott's favorite....Try again!
DeleteHey Mr.Prater this is the answers, the famouse singer is James Brown. The famouse singer for tcb is Elvis Presley. The meaning of TCB is taking care of business(by combinig all the techniques into one.)
ReplyDeleteThe guy is not James Brown. He sings a song called "Let's Stay Together".
DeleteThe singer is Al Green.Elvis wore the patch
DeleteWell done!
DeleteThe singer is Al Green
ReplyDeleteThe patch was created by Elvis Presley. The initials T.C.B. stand for Taking Care of Business, which is what Elvis Presley called his band. He incorporated the letters into an emblem flanked by lightning bolts.
Reagan Franz
You are kind of correct...TCB stands for "Taking Care of Business", and the lightning bolt stood for "In a flash", which basically means that Elvis didn't mess around! His band changed a lot, and so they never had a name.
DeleteHey Mr. Prater I searched the song and it was Al Green who sang it, so that is my answer
ReplyDeleteMr.Prater
