Classroom News  and Notes

 The writing test is tomorrow.  We are scheduled to begin testing at 9:15.  If you are late you will not be allowed to take the test until later.  There will be one day of make ups.  Please make sure your child is here and has had a good night's sleep.  The test will take an hour.  A large part of the school grade will come from the writing test.  Mr. Prater has been working hard to prepare your child for this assessment since August.  There are fifteen  school days until spring break.  This nine weeks is one of the  most difficult nine weeks of the this school year.  For this reason attendance and focus is of upmost importance. Please continue helping your son/daughter do their best at all times.     
Allow your child to get on ixl at this time to get ready for the F.C.A.T. April 14, 2014.   Twenty percent of the F.C.A.T. will be decimals, fractions, Or percentage please have your child work on these standards every evening on the computer.
